About Duke Health's Patient Revenue Management Organization
Pursue your passion for caring with the Patient Revenue Management Organization, which is Duke Health's fully integrated, centralized revenue cycle organization that supports the entire health system in streamlining the revenue cycle. This includes scheduling, registration, coding, billing, and other essential revenue functions.

Prepare for clinic visits by reviewingibution, ancillary scheduling and prepara tion and referralsmanagement.
Strong verbdeliver messages to physicians, nurses andothers. Report obtained medicabilling to patientsaccording to PRMO credit andco llection policies. Dehysician and scheduling tests and procedures.Answer telephone, take andct tactfully with customers and establishand maintai n effective relationships with others. Must be able to applyspecificdepa rtmental policies rganize and prioritize work, provide oral andwritten instructions, interag payments and maintainingrecords and forms.
