We’re seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician to support our Partial Hospitalization Program for teens ages 13–17. This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in the lives of young people as they work toward emotional wellness and recovery.
Your Role
As a key member of our treatment team, you will:
- Assist with individual, group, and family therapeutic sessions
- Support the daily structure and flow of our PHP environment
- Engage teens in therapeutic activities and skill-building exercises
- Provide consistent monitoring, documentation, and safety oversight
- Encourage positive choices, emotional regulation, and healthy communication
- Collaborate closely with therapists, counselors, and clinical staff
Requirements
What We’re Looking For

- Have experience in mental health, youth services, or related fields
