We respect each other.     As a National Accounts Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of your organization’s National Accounts. This position involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with client goals and organizational standards. Reporting directly to the Director of National Accounts, your expertise will help bridge the gap between pre-construction planning and execution for national clients.  
What You'll Do
  • Engage clients collaboratively alongside the sales team to align project objectives and expectations.
  • Identify and establish proof of concept for client standards.
  • Develop DIRTT standards and create customized standards documents tailored to each client.
  • Oversee the application and implementation of standards across all national projects through the partner network & Integrated Solutions
  • Collaborate with project teams, including architecture and design (A&D) professionals, general contractors (GCs), and other stakeholders, to ensure project integration and coordination.
  • Review Ice files and submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) on all deliverables, ensuring they meet organizational and client standards.
  • Lead partner onboarding or Integrated Solutions hand-off to facilitate smooth collaboration and alignment with project goals.
  • Review and evaluate project documentation to verify adherence to specifications and client requirements.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Conduct budget reviews and track costs during the pre-construction phase, providing detailed progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Participate in interior fit-out and clash detection meetings to resolve potential conflicts.
  • Audit prefabrication files and deliverables to maintain compliance with quality standards.
  • Mentor junior staff, providing structured training and professional growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and inspect projects for adherence to business processes, contractual agreements, and construction codes.
