Duties & Responsibilities:

Job Description:
Performs various functions to support the manufacturing of pigment in accordance with quality standards and production schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Follow directions, policies, written job instructions, and adhere to safety protocols.
• Manufacturing products according to specifications and work orders
• Monitor product quality against established parameters
• Conduct inspections on raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods
• Always adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production targets
• Document relevant information accurately and efficiently
• Utilize computer systems for data entry and communication purposes
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly when needed

Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:

 Qualifications:

• High School Diploma OR GED Required
• Shift Flexible
• Able to read/write/speak and comprehend English with fluency
• Must be able to pass Physical Assessment
• Previous Manufacturing experience is preferred
• This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by export laws of the US.  In order to be eligible, you must be either a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
