Senior TRICARE Support Executive

International SOS Government Services is hiring a Senior TRICARE Support Executive (Senior TSE) to take on a critical role supporting TRICARE beneficiaries worldwide. Key Responsibilities

Shift-Based Role with Fixed Schedules

• Inbound Calls (25%): Handle payment/finance inquiries, complete payments, and resolve issues.
• Finance Reconciliation (75%): Perform payment reconciliation, cash applications, and monthly reconciliation tasks.
• Issue Resolution: Collaborate with teams to address cash application issues, including refunds.
• Reporting: Generate internal summary reports.
• Standards & Policies: Maintain quality, adhere to policies, and meet established standards.
• Training & Meetings: Mentor new staff as needed and participate in meetings and training.

Required Qualifications

• Excel Proficiency: Strong knowledge and proficiency in Excel, including creating spreadsheets, applying formulas, adding pivot tables, and analyzing data. 
• Security Clearance: This position does require someone who can obtain and maintain the appropriate level of tiered investigation access for a position of Trust after being offered a position. 
• Typing Skills: Proficient in typing.
• Computer Applications: Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Suite, web browsing).
• Education: Preferably educated to high school level or equivalent.
• Finance Reconciliation: A proven history in finance reconciliation is preferred.
• Internal Application Eligibility: Minimum 90 days of satisfactory performance in your current role (for current employees in San Antonio, TX).

 

 

Required Languages:

• English: Proficient in oral and written English.
• Spanish: Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish is preferred.
• Bilingual: Proficiency in any other language is preferred.
