Your team

You'll be working with the the Experience Team within UBS Bank USA to support the Client & Employee Experience Executive Director.

To better serve Financial Advisors and clients, UBS aims to modernize the Banking capabilities of UBS Bank USA, and deliver a more holistic, full-service banking offering to our clients and employees. UBS will optimize the Banking capabilities to be faster, more effective, and more efficient in delivering lending and cash management offerings with a focus on key segments. UBS will build on its already high-performing Bank and strong net promoter scores with high touch capabilities and further align to the UBS client promise –personalized, relevant, on-time, and seamless services.

Your expertise

Bachelor’s degree required

ideally 4+ years' experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services organization preferred

Deep knowledge of digital banking trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory considerations

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Demonstrated experience leading governance processes and ensuring adherence to standards

Ability to effectively multi-task and deliver quality results within fast-paced project deliverable deadline

Proven ability to understand of business objectives, client needs, and data required to deliver on an optimized client experience 

Experience working in an Agile framework preferred

Salary information

US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $105000 to $130000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
