And we’re a 750-strong team of product, finance, support, commerce, and engineering specialists working across Europe – from Lisbon to London.</p><p>Now, we are looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Business Partner to help us sustain and fuel this growth!<br/></p><p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p><p>In this role you’ll be a TA business partner to our Chief Commercial Officer, advising them on where and how to find the commercial talent we need to grow. You’ll be hands-on when it comes to sourcing, interviewing and hiring for sales roles at all levels. The focus is on hiring Commercial Managers, Business Development Reps and Business Development Managers.</p><p>Besides recruiting you’ll also make sure everyone knows Mollie is the place to work. </p><p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Act as strategic talent business partner to your stakeholder group: be able to influence, discuss, and provide insight on the entire Talent Acquisition process and always ensure Mollie is hiring game-changing talent at all times</p></li><li><p>Work closely with the aligned People Partner/s to ensure open and frequent lines of communication about recruitment delivery and ensure a deep knowledge of department activity</p></li><li><p>Understand key departmental objectives, challenges and team dynamics that allow for a detailed gap analysis to attract and hire the right profile for each vacancy;</p></li><li><p>Directly source exceptional talent for the business through the proactive use of platforms like LinkedIn</p></li><li><p>Work with hiring managers to build robust assessment and interview processes and contribute to the interview panel as a key decision-maker in bringing talent into the business</p></li><li><p>Proactively and consistently help to improve our diversity and inclusion initiatives within Mollie</p></li><li><p>Own, run, and deliver key projects within Talent Acquisition either as project lead or as a project team member (projects include: D+I/Assessment + Selection/EVP/Candidate Experience etc)</p></li></ul><p><strong>What we need you to bring</strong></p><ul><li><p>At least 5+ years of recruitment experience in a fast growing environment</p></li><li><p>Proven experience hiring successful managers and commercial rockstars</p></li><li><p>International recruitment experience </p></li><li><p>Proven ability to influence with data</p></li><li><p>Fluency in German AND English is required; additional languages always great</p></li></ul>
