Program Manager, Principal Giving

Responsible for the project/program management of the Principal Giving program at the Seattle Children's Foundation and Guild Association (FGA). The Program Manager serves as a key member of the Principal Giving team and partners in close collaboration with the Vice President of Development to create plans and initiate action that supports the goals of the Principal Giving Program. Duties include, but are not limited to, building reports and dashboards, comprehensive operating plan oversight, including managing timelines, tasks and complex projects. Develop, implement and assess principal giving fundraising effectiveness across fundraising programs and constituencies. Employ project management methodologies in order to ensure proper task delegation, appropriate resource utilization, compliance with communication standards and attainment of milestones and timelines. In all duties, the Program Manager functions as a key operational partner, working collaboratively across FGA's fully integrated Development team.

  

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience Five (5) years overall program coordination experience; including Three (3) years experience in a lead role overseeing program/project management. Experience developing strategic plans, operating plans, project management tools, reports and dashboards. Experience working across teams and stakeholders.

Required Credentials
N/A

Preferred
Master’s Degree in organizational management, Communications, Public Relations or related field. Experience in development and fundraising. Experience with healthcare providers or social service organizations. Project management experience in a health care provider organization.

Compensation Range

$86,609.00 - $129,913.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
