Maintenance Clerk/eAM Superuser

Position Summary

The Maintenance Clerk assists the Maintenance Supervisor with the administrative functions of the Maintenance Department.  As an Oracle eAM Superuser,  the purpose of this role is to provide SBU level support as well as master data maintenance and master data standardization (SBU = Quincy, Nutrition, Marble Hill, Marble Falls, LaMirada).   This position is on day shift working from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. 

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

1. Will serve as site and sector EAM Superuser.
   1. This role will provide key SBU guidance, structure, and support for their Plant level eAM users.
   2. This user will work directly with members from the Oracle project team to develop a deep understanding of the Oracle eAM functionality in order to provide users within their SBU with eAM support.
   3. The SBU eAM Superuser will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of SBU specific master data elements within Oracle eAM. 
   4. As new plant equipment, items, and people are added and removed, there will be an ongoing need to maintain the system in order to keep the information standardized, organized, and updated. 
   5. Some of the implementation tasks will focus on data conversion, end user training, key cutover and reconciliation activities as well as ongoing post go live support. 
   6. The SBU eAM Superusers will serve as backups to one another (Scott Woodring for FRA SBU).
   7. Item master set ups for purchasing and maintenance
   8. Set up assets for all 4 GCC sites 
   9. Will serve as backup to the other eAM Superuser
   10. Enters and sets up all new employees in the eAM system
   11. Sets up new suppliers in the eAM system 
   12. Perform audits of GCC sites to ensure compliance with EAM standardized rules.
2. Input requisitions into Oracle for QCY PM and QCY NTR
3. Enter employee time against work orders in Oracle eAM.
4. Adjust status of work orders and close out when complete.
5. Enter occasional project requisitions.
6. Link documents in Oracle eAM, including, but not limited to; owner manuals, part lists, drawings, and correspondence.
7. Ensure completed calibrations and ground checks are properly organized and stored for easy retrieval.
8. Tracks and reports EHS work orders to EHS Manager.
9. Prepares spreadsheets and reports as needed.
10. Maintains DMV licensing for all company vehicles.
11. Knowledgeable of the ISO quality system as required to ensure compliance to the ISO 9001 quality standard.

Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.  
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
• Oracle experience preferred.
• Must have good overall communication skills with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Must be able to read and comprehend company safety manual policies, operating procedures, MSDS, and various maintenance reports.
