Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Location: University Hospital – Onsite
May have an opportunity for one remote day per week upon successful completion of training.
This role supports the Radiation Oncology Medical Physics team. Experience in a medical office setting highly preferred
Provides basic administrative and technical support to leaders and teams. Responsibilities include managing schedules and calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, processing invoices, and handling inquiries as appropriate. Operates with basic guidance and direction, and addresses routine administrative and technical issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 0–3+ years of relevant experience; previous administrative experience preferred
- Experience working in a matrix organization or complex work environment is a plus
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
