Technician - Automotive Aftermarket (Remote)

The Technician for Automotive Aftermarket is responsible for providing technical insurance support regarding the Automotive Aftermarket program by performing various tasks related to new business, renewals, endorsements, and loss control.  This position will work closely with the Pearl garage underwriting department in addition to various departments within our program carrier partner.

Your Impact:

• Input incoming applications into CRM and ensure that all required information is complete.
• Enter submissions into carrier systems/rating systems.
• Bind new and renewal business, complete endorsements, etc.
• Create and send policies, and endorsements to brokers/agents.
• Maintain accurate account information and documentation in various systems and databases.
• Meet production quotas and quality standards as set forth by management.
• Create and distribute Conditional and Nonrenewal Notices.

Successful Candidates Will Have:

• 1+ years of previous customer service experience within business insurance lines utilizing Siebel or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Data entry experience with a very strong attention to detail for accuracy and thoroughness.
• Ability to work independently in addition to small groups.
• Associate degree in a related field and/or any insurance designations (INS, ARM, etc.) is desired.

At One80 Intermediaries, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including, for eligible employees, medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings. Also, for eligible employees, the Company offers 10 to 20 vacation days depending on experience and generally offers 11 paid holidays and 5 half days, depending on the calendar year. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay for this position is $18.00 per hour plus annual discretionary bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
