A Day in the Life
In this role, you will be working within the Facilities Team and providing support to the West Region. This includes managing projects, assisting with communications and providing administrative support.Provide project and program support to the Facilities team
Monitor program/project/system status, budgets and timetables
Apply knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures
Gather and compile information for reports
Provide technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding
Track KPIs, Financials, manage SharePoint sites, manage Planisware, and become a SME for the Facilities Dashboard
Coordinate Regional Town Halls, Leader Alignment Meetings and Staff Meetings
Develop Communications in partnership with Facilities Leadership
Must Haves
6+ years of Administrative/Project Coordination experience
Nice to Have
Working knowledge of Facilities function
Project Management experience
Ability to handle confidential information
Experience with Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and Planisware/Project Management Software
