Team Lead, Engineering, Lab Validation

The Engineering Team Lead spends equal time hands on with the equipment in the test lab, writing reports and serve as a lead for the satellite lab. This position will mainly focus on validating durability and reliability for components used to build track tractors, sprayers, fertilizer spreaders, and planters.
Your Impact
- Oversight of all component level testing within the test lab.
- Demonstrate technical leadership and training for engineers and technicians.
- Will be responsible for four to seven direct reports.
- Schedule lab activities to meet project milestones.
- Contribute to the development of testing concepts, standards, facility improvements, and practices related to quality, cost reduction, safety, ergonomics, etc.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required, focus in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering preferred or 15+ years of experience as a Test Engineer in lieu of degree
- 5+ years of experience with eDaq, LMS Test Lab, LMS SCADAS, nCode Glyphworks
- 5+ years of experience with electrodynamic shaker profiles
- 5+ years of experience in Noise Vibration Harshness
- 5+ years of experience with servo-hydraulic test rigs
