✅ What You’ll Bring:



High School Diploma or GED


Comfortable with being called in for snow removal assistance during winter


Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance at a retirement community or multi-unit facility

As a Maintenance Tech, you’ll perform a variety of facility maintenance duties such as painting, repairing sinks, toilets, ceiling tiles, and assisting with general repairs—helping to maintain a safe, comfortable community for our seniors.
