About the role

Join a team of professionals where you will be responsible for keeping TURBOCAM facilities in clean and orderly condition by performing a variety of cleaning duties as assigned. Come Build with Us by:

Cleaning building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. Steam-cleaning or shampooing carpets as needed.
Gathering and emptying trash throughout facility.
Cleaning and stocking restrooms, showers, fitness room and cafeteria.
Dusting for cobwebs, countertops, filing cabinets, cleaning and polishing furniture and fixtures.
Cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
Observing and reporting items needing repair and/or potential hazards to lead, supervisor, building facilities or safety staff as applicable.
Stocking restroom cart with supplies and equipment needed for cleaning duties.
Following instructions on Janitorial checklists.
Performing other duties as necessary.

Bring Your Expertise:

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Minimum of 2 years’ experience performing janitorial duties preferred.
Basic understanding of MS Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel desired.
Must possess valid driver’s license from his/her state of residence and reliable transportation based on travel to other facilities.
Must be able to work extended/flexible hours when needed.
Must be able to lift 40 lbs. in a safe manner and on frequent basis.
Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
