THE JOB:

As an Assistant Beverage Manager at our stunning pool, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your warm hospitality and meticulous attention to detail will ensure that each guest enjoys unforgettable moments by the pool. You will be responsible for managing the operational functions of the pool area, including overseeing staff, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high standards of service.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Operational Management: Oversee assigned operational functions within the department, aligning with the strategic plan and vision.

• Efficient Operations: Direct smooth, efficient, and cost-effective operations, including labor management, service supervision, scheduling, and inventory control.

• Guest Service Excellence: Ensure the delivery and measurement of exceptional guest service within assigned department(s), adhering to the company’s core service standards and brand attributes.

• Shift Oversight: Provide management support during assigned shifts to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Inventory Management: Coordinate the requisition process and stocking of beverage outlets to maximize revenue for the division.

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• 2 years of prior relevant experience in beverage or Food & Beverage
