The Housekeeping Supervisor directs a section of the Housekeeping staff to ensure that guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to exacting standards.  Inspects the work of a team of Room and House Attendants responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of a specific area of the hotel.  Schedules work to be done daily, checks on progress of attendants, and monitors performance alongside Housekeeping Management team.  Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence of heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant, Room and House Attendants.  

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 

The qualified candidate will possess a passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work ethic. Prior experience supervising preferred and working knowledge of housekeeping department for 1-3 years required.

Qualifications include: 

• Solid communication and organizational skills 

• Multi-task and set priorities 

• Great sense of urgency 

• Strong interpersonal and team player skills
