Network Monitoring and Incident response
Customer Support / Residential Broadband Support
Datacenter Operations
Network device testing / prep /maintenance
Network troubleshooting

We are hiring for the following shift: *(May work an occasional weekday)

8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday/Sunday required

Relevant technical experience

Preferred Skills

Credit hours toward, or achievement of, an associate degree in network infrastructure or related field
Experience with Cisco products
