Product Delivery Manager

In this role you will join a team dedicated to transforming the Rewards experience of customers and servicing specialists.  Through your open, approachable manner, willingness to address impediments, and expertise in Agile practices, you will help plan, design, and deliver complex feature roadmaps to achieve customer and business outcomes.

You  have a demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional teams at all levels of seniority, working through ambiguity and quickly adapting to change.  You enjoy providing support and mentorship to help others learn and grow.  You are adept at translating organizational goals across teams at different stages of maturity to achieve key results.

Job responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of the Rewards Experiences roadmap, facilitating Quarterly Planning and weekly Epic Reviews, participating in Sprint events, and overseeing completion of platform stability commitments.
• Represent the product at weekly Dependency Intake meetings, helping unblock commitments. assigning work to appropriate owners, creating visibility of potential issues.
• Develop and align delivery best practices with partners in Product, Design, Testing, and Release Management.
• Own the Agile transformation journey, identifying and addressing process gaps, providing coaching, supporting the Product Agility Lead in transformation initiatives.
• Lead and develop a team of program managers.
• Maintain strong agile controls in close partnership with internal functions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills.

• Minimum of 5 years of digital product or project management experience.
• Confidence and experience with Agile product development techniques and frameworks.
• Competence using and coaching others to use Jira and Jira Align.
• Ability to thrive in an environment where change is the norm. 
• Positive team-oriented attitude suitable to embedding new business practices.
