Junior Construction Project/ Field Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our construction team as a Junior Construction Project/Field Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in construction project management and a willingness to learn. As a Junior Construction Project/Field Manager, you will assist in overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and identify any issues or delays.
• Assist in conducting regular site visits to ensure work is being completed according to plans and specifications.
• Assist in managing subcontractors and vendors.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Assist in resolving any construction-related issues that may arise.
