What you bring to SBHG (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A Valid California Driver's License is required.
How you will make a difference (Job Overview):
Under supervision by the Regional HR Manager/HR Manager or their designee(s), this position will provide support across the HR department in multiple capacities involving tasks focused on filing and maintaining personnel and other HR department documents and files, creating and distributing HR paperwork, generating reports, general HR clerical duties, and special projects.
Division/Program Overview:
The SBHG HR internship offers a valuable opportunity to develop practical skills, network with professionals, and explore various aspects of the field. Interns will perform clerical duties such as scanning, copying, faxing, and distributing paperwork. Additionally, interns will assist the HR team by professionally greeting and maintaining a welcoming environment for both employees and HR visitors, whether on the phone or in person.
