π£ Huemor is now hiring a Sales Assistant to join its team and contribute to the growth of its diverse and thriving agency.
As Huemorβs Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for day-to-day correspondence with prospective clients, coordinating meetings for the sales team, and updating sales documents. You'll work closely with the dedicated sales team and report directly to Huemorβs CEO.

More specifically, within this role, you will:
- π₯ Handle the qualification and organisation of all inbound sales inquiries
- π Schedule meetings
- π Ensure that all sales pipelines in Hubspot are up to date, including tasks, calls, and meetings
- π Take accurate notes for each sales call and ensure those notes are added to the appropriate deal record
- π Create key sales documents using the document templates
- π Prepare and track monthly sales goals reports and recap documents
- π€ Assist in the internal briefing of project teams regarding new deals closed
- π Run outreach cadences to Marketing Qualified Leads
- π Field inquiries via phone, email, and Hubspot chatbot
- π€ Attend quarterly sync meetings with various internal teams
- π‘ Collaborate with the Marketing Team to generate new ideas that drive sales
- π§ Make use of Hubspot Sales Automations
To ensure your success, you'll receive personalised, hands-on training from your direct manager, typically lasting 3-6 weeks. This includes access to a training board in the ClickUp system and opportunities to shadow other team members.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you need to have:
- π Past experience with sales, customer service, or administrative assistance (1-2 years preferred)
- π£οΈ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- π§ Proficiency in Hubspot (a must-have)
- π€ Team-oriented personality with a 'can-do' attitude
- π± Genuine desire to learn and improve yourself
- β±οΈ Keen sense of urgency
- π― Good understanding of customer service skills
It would be nice (but not essential) for you to have experience with:
- π ClickUp or other project management tools like Asana
- π WordPress
- π Google Workspace
- π¬ Slack
