Your Career

Palo Alto Networks is looking for a highly motivated Cloud Practitioner to design and deploy Network Infrastructure in a Hybrid multi-cloud environment. This environment is built to support our growing product teams providing Security Services to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in deploying Cloud networking Infrastructure best practices and solutions with large-scale cloud providers like AWS, GCP, and Azure.

Your Impact

• The ideal candidate will be an SME of Network deployments in the Cloud while being able to problem-solve with PANW internal product and cross-functional teams on the overall design of the software applications
• Implementing large-scale network infrastructure using routing over Internet protocols like BGP
• Designing and implementing the Security framework for application deployments in the cloud with Network Security
• Implementation of Security on Cloud Infrastructure like Firewalls and Load Balancers including security policies and VPN
• Working and collaborating closely with Cloud Automation to improve the service velocity for product teams
• Help drive modernization of existing networks across the organization to support high availability, redundancy, and resiliency

Qualifications

Your Experience 

• 5-8 years of experience in building large-scale cloud network infrastructure end-to-end on industry-leading public-cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP
• Proficiency in implementing firewall technologies, including VPNs, routing, and other security-related technologies in a cloud environment, preferably PANW
• Proficiency in Network Routing over Cloud, Data Center, and Enterprise with technologies like BGP and Layer 2 Switching
• Provide On-call rotation with the team for 24/7 support 
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to write network and security documentation, policies, and guidelines that meet industry standards
• Proven ability to work in a high-performance team environment, collaborate effectively and meet project deadlines while demonstrating strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Certification in networking with cloud providers or CCIE is a bonus
