Global Process Delivery Analyst II

<p><b>Application deadline 27/October/2024</b></p><p></p><p><b>WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH</b></p><p>This role is part of the Nike People Solutions and Teammate Experience Delivery teams and is required to work collaboratively across other HR teams, groups and functions to ensure smooth delivery of HR procedures and policies.  This includes working across other teams like compensation operations, Tier 1, payroll, benefits operations and others.  This role also requires country expertise in unique legal requirements and builds processes to ensure local compliance with all laws and regulations. </p><p></p><p><b>WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR</b></p><p>For the Global Process Delivery Professional II role, we are looking for a candidate with the following requirements.</p><ul><li>Strong Workday/SNOW and systems skills and ability to learn and follow detailed work instructions on complex processes in support of the employee lifecycle.</li><li>Strong stakeholder relationship skills with collaborating People Solutions including business facing roles.</li><li>Ability to identify process and system improvements.</li><li>Embodies Leadership Defined behaviors and promotes teamwork, recognition, feedback and transparency.</li><li>Ability to dive into complex issues and seek clarity and resolution in partnership with cross functional teams.  Strong communication skills to relay complex and technical information to non-technical audiences.</li><li>Ability to anticipate potential issues, understand up and down stream impacts to decisions and build best possible solutions and processes.</li><li>Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON</b></p><p>The Global Process Delivery Professional II role is responsible for executing core HR work fundamental to the Global Process Delivery function including monitoring tasks and tickets in Workday and ServiceNow.</p><p>In addition, the GPD Professional II role is a deep employee lifecycle data expert and understands up and downstream system impacts and data dependencies. The EMEA GPD team is responsible for executing and monitoring employee lifecycle events and ensuring Nike employee data is correct and complete. This includes but is not limited to new hires, rehires, onboarding, Right to Work enforcement, employee contracts, leaves of absences, employee changes, organization transformations, manager changes,</p><p>employee data completeness as legally required and needed for all downstream systems including payroll, mobility, immigration, and benefits. This includes monitoring their EMEA GPD ServiceNow queue and ensuring KPIs and SLAs are being met. The near-term focus of this professional will be on Leaves Administration for the European Logistics Center in Belgium.</p><p></p><p>Other responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Executing routine core HR work including personal data changes, one-time payments, external payroll inputs, reassigning tasks, termination process, administering LOAs, employee contracts and contract extensions, onboarding, new hires, compensation changes.</li><li>Perform complex Leave data-related changes that require specialized knowledge and ensure data accuracy in HR Systems (Workday, Primetime, etc). </li><li>Handle situations that require complex research, auditing and detailed knowledge of applicable area to resolve issues quickly and accurately. </li><li>Interprets customer needs, assesses requirements and identifies solutions to non-standard requests involving all necessary stakeholders.</li><li>Deliver service excellence to employees and HR stakeholders by responding in a professional, accurate and timely manner to all (ServiceNow) issues concerning Leave <span>programs.  </span></li><li>Owning GPD Production Plan audits including identifying data errors and finding resolutions in a timely manner. Most of their time (70%) is spent in completing Service NOW tickets and Workday tasks.</li><li>Looks for process and system improvements to improve efficiency and automation.</li><li>Solves problems on their own and brings well thought out solutions to the team.</li><li>Develops themselves as a GPD expert and is willing to expand GPD knowledge to additional countries and areas of expertise.</li><li>Works on and potentially leads team projects as needed to support events such as Year End, Org Transformations, store openings/closings, statutory leave changes etc.</li><li>Develop, document, and implement operational processes and controls to drive efficiency, an accurate knowledge base and compliance.</li></ul><p></p>
