Job Description

· Work closely with an Innovation Engineering team Architect to design and build a proof of concept of new industry technology within the ServiceNow ecosystem (recent examples have been GenAI, AR/VR, wearables, and blockchain).

· You will also work closely with the Executive Briefing Center team and Innovation Officers to collect requirements from customers and business units to design and develop the proof of concept (POC).

· Once the POC is complete, you will help the team publish the application to the ServiceNow Innovation Experience Platform for use within the Executive Briefing Centers or as external showcase material.

Qualifications

• This position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship.
• Actively enrolled in an accredited university as a full-time student, pursuing a degree (Bachelors or Masters) in Computer Science or a related field and on track to graduate between Dec 2024 - June 2025
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum, ability to work well in a team
• Demonstrated software engineering experience from previous internship, academic or personal projects, coding competitions, or publications
• Experience in a services-related position like retail or customer service
• Familiarity with JavaScript, exposure to UNIX, shell scripting, HTML/CSS (desired). Some exposure to the ServiceNow platform is a nice to have

For positions in the Seattle metro/Kirkland areas, we offer a base pay of $0 - $10,000,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
