Working Student  (d/f/m) as Support of Configuration Management in Space Projects (optical instruments, mechanisms, equipment)

We look forward to you supporting us in the Configuration Management Department in Ottobrunn as a working student (d/f/m) with approx. 18 hours a week!

• Duration: 12 months

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Support space project teams

• Work in Product Data Management (PDM) tool (industry standard: PTC Windchill)

• Generate reports based on PDM tool and/of manufacturing tools

• Work in other tools (i.e. MS Office)

• Support of Configuration Management

• Formal check of project documentation incl. metadata in the PDM tool

• Checks and support in the PDM tool

• Support of the system engineering in space projects

Desired skills and qualifications

• Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in the area of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or an equivalent field of study.

• First practical experience in the field of Microsoft Office and/or data management is desirable.

• Fluent in German and English.

• Experience in script language Python could be useful
