Position Summary: The Conair Summer Internship Program offers exceptional students an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn firsthand about the diverse business operations at Conair. Those selected will acquire invaluable professional skills through challenging projects and on-the-job learning experiences. Position: BaBylissPRO Styling Social Media Intern The PRO Styling Social Media Intern will assist in managing and growing our Instagram and TikTok channels (@Babylissprousa), with a focus on elevating our brand presence and supporting key launches. A primary focus of this role will be assisting in ideating, planning, and executing the launch strategy for a major new product release. This includes helping to drive awareness, excitement, and engagement around this highly anticipated launch. Responsibilities:

Assist with content management and scheduling for Instagram and TikTok, ensuring consistent messaging and on-brand visuals.
Support the development and execution of a comprehensive social media strategy for the new launch on social media.
Help identify trending content, emerging concepts, and relevant influencers to enhance engagement and reach.
Collaborate on content creation, including brainstorming ideas, sourcing visuals, and curating user-generated content.
Monitor social media analytics to track performance, report insights, and optimize content.

Qualifications:

Strong interest in beauty, styling, and social media marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends.
Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
You should be a current college student, entering your junior or senior year in the fall of 2025.
We require candidates to maintain excellent academic standing.
Conair does not provide housing for summer interns

Compensation is set at $25 per hour.
This internship is Mond - Fri in the Stamford, CT office beginning June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025.

Environmental Factors:

Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
Demonstrated strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, is a must.
