Applications are invited for the post of Estates Building Manager within Estates and Facilities Management Division based at Hutton Headquarters. The site is accessible by public transport and there is also free car parking on site. 

The purpose of this role is to provide leadership, direction and development for the Estates function within the Constabulary in support of its strategic aims and objectives, ensuring service delivery is fit for operational purposes, aligned to customer needs and provided in a cost effective and efficient way. You will be responsible for leading positive cultural change across the workforce and ensuring that the Standards of Professional behaviours are embedded. 

Please note, as a condition of your appointment you must undergo and pass RV Vetting.
