Job Description

What you get to do in this role:    

  • Develop thoughtful and engaging communications plans that build on and enhance ServiceNow's purpose, priorities, and cultural values. 

  • Create emotional content and stories in multiple formats and channels to help bring our purpose, priorities and cultural values to life. 

  • Create a compelling external storytelling program that includes: social copy, keynote scripts, blogs, and more! 

  • Create memorable employee experiences that help leaders connect with employees around the world in high-touch, always-on conversations. 

  • Work with team members and communications colleagues to execute company-wide Town Halls, leadership meetings, and other experiential engagement experiences. 

  • Manage coordination of leadership involvement in internal employee events and social activations, designed to create content and drive conversation. 

  • Help develop strategic communications plans that support organizational change, partnering with business and HR leaders to tailor messaging to multiple employee audiences. 

  • Help develop presentations for company-wide business and organizational updates. 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

 

  • 10+ years of work experience. 

  • Researcher, engaging interviewer, visual storyteller, expert writer. 

  • Ability to research and write top-notch copy, headlines, photo cut lines, graphics, and posts. 

  • Technical fluency: ability to understand technical topics and translate them into simple, human-interest engaging stories. 

  • Knowledge of social media platforms, their participants, (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) and how each can be used to engage internal audiences. 

  • Ability to identify societal and business trends and showcase company's purpose and culture. 

 

FD21

For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $123,750 - $216,450, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
