Overview
As Chick-fil-A Supply continues to scale, we must equip the business, particularly physical operations, to rapidly go-live and scale in new buildings. The Sr. Team Leader, Operations Implementation will play a key role in developing our future leaders and staff with direct support of building go-lives through the coordination of all building launch activities, including onsite onboarding, training, process implementation, real-time troubleshooting and exceptions management, execution and adherence measurement, and general subject matter expertise as it relates to CFA Supply warehouse and transportation operations. This role must lead with care, patience, and grace while holding new buildings to a high standard of execution.

Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Senior Principal Program Leader, Warehouse Operations, and supporting new building leadership teams and the Implementation project leads, the Sr. Team Leader, Operations Implementation serves as the site leader for a new building go-live, coordinating and supervising all activities on the ground for the warehouse and transportation project leads, the implementation trainers, the BLAST team, and the new leadership team during the implementation and stabilization phases of a new building launch.
- Serves as the on-site point person for new building leadership during building go-lives and ramp-ups, providing coordination of all implementation activities, escalating problems, and keeping all relevant parties informed and aligned.
- Interfaces across new and existing warehouse and transportation teams, ensuring the successful implementation of process and execution of team training while helping to maintain the consistency of practice and process across the network.
- With site leadership, owns site-level process adherence auditing, implementation of and reporting on operational KPIs, and escalation throughout the building launch.
- Participates in process improvement initiatives, providing subject matter expertise and hands-on experience to guide future innovation efforts and testing potential solutions.
- Ensures safe and effective practices are taught; ensures alignment with existing SOPs and updates materials and content as required.
- Partners with the training coordinators on certification for warehouse and transportation trainers and team members.
- Ensures all required non-process training is conducted by the relevant parties on time according to our implementation plans.
- Owns maintenance and updating of project-related tracking tools and templates, serving as the SmartSheet Owner for the relevant project and staying in-sync with the PMO.
- Tracks and maintains training records and certifications for new leaders and their teams, ensuring a documented history of development is provided.
- Partners with Talent Acquisition and Talent Implementation to develop hiring plans, monitor progress, and escalate concerns.
- Assists with the development and fostering of culture in the new facility, regularly sharing observations and providing coaching when necessary.
- Serves as a business partner to multiple different teams across the organization, ensuring support is in place where needed, when needed, and as needed.
- Participates in hiring events as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant distribution experience (warehousing, transportation, process engineering, general supply chain functions)
- 3+ years of relevant experience leading and coordinating teams and managing the performance of direct and indirect reports
- Demonstrated experience in leading small-to-medium scale operations with responsibilities for team performance and coaching
- Demonstrated experience with process implementation and improvement initiatives
- An ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- An ability to work autonomously and with minimal oversight
- Demonstrated experience and ability to influence, collaborate, negotiate, and obtain buy-in/alignment across multiple levels of an organization
