Be Accountable and Responsible
As our VP, Engagement Planning Leader you’re responsible for driving the development of effective cross-channel engagement strategies for MERGE clients, with a focus in our healthcare practice area.
Partnering with fellow team leads, you will translate brand strategy, along with deep understanding of communication channels and audience dynamics, to inspire creative solutions and engage high-value audiences.
- Responsible for developing omnichannel engagement strategies that meet business and marketing goals, by leveraging creativity and data-driven insights
- Leadership in integrating brand and demand strategies
- Brings the brand to life in a relevant and inspiring way through the channel strategy
- Collaborates with channel leads and creative teams to create salient work
- Plays a primary role in agency new business efforts
These are the qualifications we’re looking for
- Passion and 12+ years of experience with health plans and/or health providers related industry.
- Consumer marketing experience is a plus.
- Depth of understanding of patient engagement and provider marketing, as well as launch strategies for new sites, service lines and products
- Proven ability to create segmentations that help clients grow market share. This includes defining approaches that leverage primary research and syndicated data and leading the creation of audience playbooks for media leads and creative teams to work from.
- Leadership in working with third-party research tools (e.g.MRI/Simmons, Resonate, Kantar Health) and client data sets (e.g. Google Analytics, SFMC) to define and segment audiences, and pinpoint key audience and channel insights
- The delivery of personalized customer journeys and messaging matrices, in partnership with CX and Brand Strategy. Emphasis on defining leading sources of influence, channel, and technology opportunities. A drive for advancing how clients integrate customer experience strategy, CRM, and advertising to best effect
- Ability to enlist teams in connecting and developing culturally relevant ideas that live in the most impactful media and owned channel environments. Particular emphasis on the health and wellness space.
- Partnership with cross-functional teams on advancing data-driven marketing ecosystems and measurement strategy.
- Ability to leverage campaign performance data to help curate intelligence and craft new strategies accordingly, including test and learn opportunities
- Proven ability to nurture partnerships with analytics, data strategy, and media, to maintain a unified view of growth opportunities, leveraging cross-channel measurement
- Expertise with Martech platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, and data partners like Acxiom, Epsilon, Experian
