Senior Product Manager - Contract

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the product lifecycle from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with company vision and strategy. This is a 6-month contract role offering the flexibility to work remotely.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, including 1+ years in a leadership role, preferably in a tech startup or fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience managing software products from inception to launch and iteration.

• Strong understanding of product management principles, frameworks, and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.

• Leadership experience with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and fostering collaboration.

• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking, balancing data-driven decisions with user insights.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and align product strategies with business objectives.

• Intellectual curiosity and a knack for solving complex problems.

• Experience managing multiple product lines with competing priorities.

• Bonus: Experience in crypto and/or developer platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring continuous improvement in shipping velocity and quality.

• Align the founder-defined vision and strategy to actionable product roadmaps and execution plans.

• Mentor and grow the product management team, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

• Implement and champion product management best practices, systems, and frameworks.

• Ensure alignment across Product, Engineering, Data, and GTM teams to execute as a unified force.

• Balance a rigorous, outcomes-driven approach with judgment and user-focused decisions.

• Enhance documentation and communication efficiency across the organization.

• Promote a data-driven culture, defining metrics and frameworks to measure success.
