Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to join our Digital Workplace Engineering and Architecture team. The Global Digital Workplace (GDW) team is a large, global team that provides operational end user desktop support to our internal employees around the globe. This role will be a member of our team and have responsibilities that include innovation, design, architecture and engineering to enable a world class experience of our user base.
The Solutions Architect will be a member of a strong engineers and architects that are setting the standards, implementing and operating new technologies to both support and modernize or Digital Workplace for our employees. We are looking for someone with strong technical skills that has performed in an architecture role and can help drive standards, processes, and controls in an extremely fast paced environment. A successful candidate will work with make recommendation and implement strategic solutions, solving key business problems, enhance operational business monitoring supporting our Digital Workplace strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TOO:
Implement enterprise solutions across various Microsoft/Apple/Android device management platforms as well as Microsoft O365
Design, implement and manage solutions using Intune, Azure, and Jamf
Design, implement and manage Active Directory (Azure) and Okta SSO/Device Trust
Design and support large scale (global and regional) OS vulnerability and patch management operations
Troubleshoot and mitigate complex WAN issues including those related to patch replication and deployment
Implement and manage Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) solution, certificates and integration with SCCM for internet-based client management is required
Drive and implement cross tool API integrations
Develop end to end provisioning processes in SCCM to including images, software deployment, and patching
Collaborate with security and network leadership to ensure that services dependencies, performance and stability are met
Make recommendations and implement process improvements and technology changes based on best practices
Build strong business relations with colleagues within the business to promote Digital Workplace
Build a network of support contacts around global Experian to improve technology services provided within scope
Ensure the highest levels of stability, capacity, performance, and uptime for supported services
Document all systems, applications and processes within areas of responsibility in a managed document repository. Maintain all BCP and DR plans within scope.
Document and report on KPIs and SLAs for service availability and issue resolution
Establish and maintain standards and ensure that all are within compliance with Experian policy
Provide positive, proactive, business-focused level of service
Escalate and ensure customer focused outcomes across EITS
Update and maintain team intranet pages, documentation repositories, communications and outage calendars related to services supported
Creation and maintenance of Knowledge Base Articles for support teams for all covered services
RELATIONSHIPS
Build influential relationships with various business units across the globe
Have a “credible presence” with Experian Senior and Executive Leadership
Develop and maintain relationships with Senior Leadership of managed vendors
Qualifications
Required skills and abilities:
8-10 years of proven experience within IT engineering and/or ar
