We are a growing team looking for a Program Manager - Customer Onboarding in the  Customer Solution Design department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Berlin office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO …

As a Program Manager - Customer Onboarding you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like ensuring growth in all of the shipper groups,  focusing on improving the revenue attainment by project managing the implementation of new shippers or implementing new allocations for existing shippers. You’ll be collaborating closely with Sales; and all other departments participating in a successful onboarding, such as Finance, Legal, Carrier, and Operations. Your goal is to ensure all internal stakeholders work towards aligning the customers’ needs to our vision in changing market conditions that result in a profitable relationship.  In this role, you will …

• Liaise primarily with internal stakeholders within the respective country office to prepare for upcoming allocations and ensure a successful start and an overall best-in-class customer experience.
• Ensure that requirements from shippers are understood and able to be met by sennder while meeting sennder’s flagship metrics.
• Work with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Carrier, Finance, Legal, and others.
• Own the smooth implementation of new shippers or new allocations by ensuring that all the needed information is collected and distributed to operational and business stakeholders internally.
• Work to raise issues and ensure clear ownership for those starting from the ramp-up period throughout the handover to operations.
• Measure early lifecycle revenue attainment and margin.
• Influence decision-making and strategy with internal leadership teams.
• Manage tough but necessary conversations with internal stakeholders.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …

• At least 1 year of experience in managing projects or new clients’ implementation
• Experience in the transportation logistics industry
• Previous experience in managing diverse stakeholders (junior,mid-level, and senior) 
• Hands-on mentality, thinking out-of-the-box to turn pain points into value-adds
• A holistic mindset, understanding implications beyond individual accounts
• A process-oriented mindset 
• A general understanding of the load lifecycle and operational steps related to each phase
• Excellent English language skills
