As the Sr. Benefits Analyst, you’ll help shape the benefits and wellness experience for LII employees across our U.S. manufacturing and corporate locations. From managing day-to-day benefits programs to driving initiatives that enhance employee well-being and engagement, this role offers the opportunity to influence programs with a broad, enterprise-wide reach.

 

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

 

  • Planning, design, implementation, delivery, and evaluation of comprehensive benefit programs.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operational activities for medical, dental, vision, life, STD, LTD, voluntary benefits, 401k, leaves, and ancillary benefit plans.
  • Assist the Benefits Director in developing a benefits strategy, including implementing new plans as well as modifying the existing plan.
  • Partner with the team (as needed) to plan, implement, and manage appropriate interventions, programming, campaigns, competitions, and challenges that educate and engage the organization’s employees in healthy behaviors and measurable change in outcomes.
  • Direct and manage all activities associated with open enrollment.
  • Leverage all available tools and resources from the organization’s carriers, third party administrators, and other providers/sources to educate the employee population on their benefits and ensure an integrated program delivery and management.
  • Track, measure, and report results of new benefit offerings.
  • Measure participation and satisfaction as well as facilitate changes and/or additions that reflect the changing needs of our employees.
  • Assist and/or plan benefit fairs including speakers, health-related demonstrations, displays, and video materials provided by local agencies, insurance carriers, local/regional agencies, hospitals, and other resources.
  • Be a visible and available representative of the organization to its staff in events such as attending health screenings, presenting at company lunch and learns, wellbeing classes/events, booths at company sponsored benefits events, etc.
  • Triage individuals to appropriate care based on their health risks, interests and information relevant to their condition and health status i.e health coaching, EAP, medical plan, disease management, maternity programs, prescription carrier, etc.
  • Assist with retirement plan administration.
  • Maintain current knowledge of federal, state and other regulations applicable to this role.
  • Participate in benefit surveys to obtain knowledge of benefit program trends and prevailing practices among similar organizations.
  • Ensure all employee benefit materials, policies, and procedure are updated and distributed to participants in a timely fashion.
  • Serve as primary contact for benefits questions from employees, supervisors, and vendors.

What We Are Looking For

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years related experience.
  • Demonstrated communication style which seeks and incorporates input from others and reflects consensus-building influence, leadership and initiative.
  • Strong functional knowledge of assigned benefits plans.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office technical skills.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to utilize and recognize ways to improve workflow efficiency and increase productivity.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $81,000 - $106,050 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for the BroadBase Incentive (BBI) program with a target payout of 2%. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
