About the team:

About the role:

Post Production Coordinators are responsible for the seamless execution of the post production process, during which they support the Post Production Supervisor, providing clear, up-to-date information and maintaining excellent channels of communication between the producer, editor, audio mixer, colorist, graphic artist, creative team member, and operational teams. You will be in the Marketing Operations group and will support the post production process of content creation across multiple marketing channels.  You will report to the Post Producer, Marketing Production and Operations.

About you:

• 0-2 Years of experience

• Have a BA in Film Production or equivalent experience

• Have knowledge of the Post Production process, important milestones, and nomenclature

• Have working knowledge of Adobe CC, Avid, and FCP

• Have experience with Office 365, Airtable, and Google Suite

• Have familiarity with Frame.io, Iconik, Sony Ci, MediaSilo, and SHIFT

A day in the life of our Post Production Coordinator:

• Assist Post Production Supervisor through the post process of each activation

• Planning, coordinating, and scheduling of editorial and finishing including VFX, color correction, VO/ADR, audio mixing, and online editing

• Onboarding post production project-based editors, AEs, audio mixers, colorists.

• Facilitate courier and shipping requests for physical assets and media

• Track all media and resources in the Creative Services Video department

• Schedule resources including personnel, technology, edit bays, and remote collaboration tools

• Update tracking software with resource bookings, calendars, and other use data

• Work with AEs and media managers to ensure all media is ingested, transcoded, prepped, and ready for edit

• Work with our Creative Services and Marketing Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of creative concepts
