Accounts Payable Utilities Administrator

LGI Homes is seeking an Accounts Payable Utilities Administrator at our Corporate Headquarters in the The Woodlands, Texas.

The Accounts Payable Utilities Administrator is responsible for the daily processing of utilities for LGI Homes. This position will maintain a utilities master list to ensure utilities are paid on a timely basis, obtain new vendor setup documentation, resolve disconnect notices, process payments by phone, coordinate with the field for utility invoice approvals, and a assist with month-end close and audit requests as needed.

Requirements

At least 1 year of AP/AR or administrative experience is preferred.
