Position: Enhanced Clinical Service Coordination (ECSC) Supervisor
Salary Range: $56,550 - $68,250 annually (depending on related experience)
Schedule: M-F 9a to 5p, with flexibility to meet the needs of the team and those served. Work hours are based on the needs of the program.
Location: Greater Pittsburgh Area
Devereux TCV Community Services is Hiring for an Enhanced Clinical Service Coordination (ECSC) Supervisor!
What to Expect:
This position plays a critical role in fulfilling the mission of our Service Coordination department and Devereux TCV Community Services by providing a varying range of responsibilities for human, physical, and financial resources. The chosen candidate must have the ability to work independently, and as a member of a team, to facilitate the accomplishment of clear outcomes in full compliance with assessments, service planning, and billing in accordance with all relevant policies and procedures. We are looking for a compassionate individual who believes in a strength-based approach and uses positive practices to help guide their everyday activities.
ECSC Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage team operations to ensure quality, culturally competent service delivery.
- Oversee staff coverage, workflow, and productivity to maintain efficient operations.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and develop staff to meet performance standards and enhance service quality.
- Maximize revenue by optimizing service delivery processes and developing clinical groups.
- Support integrated service delivery through collaboration and communication across programs.
- Design and implement programs based on community needs and partnership opportunities.
- Promote continuous improvement by addressing service gaps and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Foster a team-oriented, mission-driven culture through clear communication and collaboration.
- Provide direct clinical services (individual/group therapy) and ensure compliance with documentation, supervision, and regulatory standards.
- Offer 24-hour crisis supervision/back-up support as scheduled.

Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or a related CLINICAL discipline.
- At least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in social services required; at least two (2) years of management and counseling experience recommended.
- Act 33/34 (PA State Criminal and Child Abuse) Clearances and FBI Clearance.
- Valid PA driver’s license and driving history of three (3) years with MVR required.
