Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for the management of vendor relationships, and leading functional projects and programs aimed at enhancing safety and security for PayPal Global Safety & Security Department (GSS). Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of GSS Vendor Management, this highly visible role will require collaborating with other GSS leaders, and internal teams to ensure suppliers deliver exceptional value across products and services while meeting or exceeding contractual obligations for PayPal Global Safety & Security Department (GSS). This role must also be able to interact positively with our GSS team members and internal teams to lead and deliver special projects, while demonstrating accountability for all given deliverables.Job Description:
Essential Responsibilities:
- Identify issues and recommend best practices for safety and security measures.
- Lead functional projects and programs to enhance safety and security.
- Analyze business trends to inform safety and security strategies.
- Collaborate with peers to suggest efficiencies and improvements.
- Ensure that safety and security protocols are followed within the team.
Expected Qualifications:
- 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities
- Lead the creation, negotiation, processing, and tracking of Vendor Contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs) and Purchase Orders (POs) to meet organizational needs and to ensure accuracy, adherence to budget allocations, and compliance with master service agreements and business standards.
- Oversee SOWs and POs, ensuring the achievement of key milestones and adherence to invoicing compliance in collaboration with GSS team
- Support high-value vendor projects, including multiyear contract renewals and global RFPs.
- Review and process vendor invoices accurately, ensuring compliance with terms and resolving any discrepancies to maintain positive vendor relationships.
- Oversee GSS vendor relationships with GSS team and manage day-to-day vendor management operations
- Benchmark cost, performance, and efficiency across vendors with procurement team to drive continuous improvement initiatives at scale.
