Position Title: Seasonal Night Security & Maintenance – Part-Time
Location: Landmark Resort – Egg Harbor, WI
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday | Overnight Shifts Only
Benefits: This is a part-time position and does not include benefits.

Position Overview:
Join the Landmark Resort team as Overnight Night Security, where your role will be essential in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests, staff, and property. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are dependable, observant, and committed to guest service and safety.

You’ll serve as a visible presence throughout the resort, helping to prevent incidents and respond quickly when situations arise. This position offers a unique chance to work independently in a calm, overnight setting, while playing a key role in protecting our beautiful property and ensuring guest peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the resort to identify and resolve potential security or fire hazards.
• Monitor for unauthorized individuals and address any suspicious activity appropriately.
• Support management and staff in enforcing resort security policies.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide basic first response assistance as needed.
• Document and report incidents involving theft, disturbances, accidents, property damage, or unusual behavior.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to ensure a secure environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support resort operations.

Requirements

 Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Prior experience in security, emergency response, or hospitality a plus (but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to walk and patrol for extended periods (up to 75% of shift)
