Job Description

Position Description: 

The Senior Specialist, FP&A for Global Workplace and Enterprise Services (GWES) supports financial consolidations, management reporting, and strategic initiative tracking, with a strong focus on digitalization, AI, and automation to improve efficiency and insight quality. They will assist with monthly/quarterly close and consolidation, produce executive-ready reporting, and partner with GWES Finance, Operations, and Global Real Estate to track and analyze enterprise-level initiatives. Working cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, and GWES Business Operations, ensures data integrity, timely reporting, and decision-focused analysis, while modernizing processes through intelligent automation and data-driven tools. 

This position reports to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis supporting GWES Corporate &Technical, Operations (CTO). 

 Primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following: 

  • GWES planning and reporting: support the Long-Range Operating Plan, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reporting at the GWES level, including resource management and IFM vendor reporting. 

  • Close activities: journal and intercompany entries, review actuals, deliver variance commentary, analyze spend trends, and recommend corrective actions. 

  • Build decision-ready analytics: develop visual dashboards that surface performance drivers, risks, and opportunities to help meet financial targets. 

  • Partner with Global Real Estate: Lead, coordinate, analyze, and support business cases in support of global real estate transactions. Report on real estate driven initiatives to ensure accurate monitoring and transparency. 

  • Reporting & Tracking: support the tracking, consolidation, and reporting of GWES Transformation initiatives  

  • Manage assets: oversee asset counts and process asset changes in Appian. 

  • Advance digitalization: lead/assist projects in automation, AI-driven analytics, and continuous process improvement. 

  • Deliver on ad hoc needs: create analyses, processes, and tools to support change initiatives and evolving business requirements.

Qualifications: 

Education: 

  • Degree or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar. 

Prerequisites:   

  • Minimum of two years of work experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or similar role. 

  • In depth knowledge of SAP, Bridges, Power BI and Appian. 

  • Familiarity with Capital BPC and Qlik Sense. 

  • Experience building AI-enabled automations 

  • Demonstrated track record delivering measurable impact through automation 

  • Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. 

  • Self-Starter 

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business support needs.
