<p><strong>Your Job</strong></p><p></p><div><p>Molex is seeking a <strong>NPI Process Engineer – Progressive Stamping </strong>to support New Product & Innovation (NPI) activities within our Lincoln, Nebraska facility. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert in progressive stamping processes, partnering with tooling designers, product development teams, and manufacturing operations to develop, qualify, and launch new programs. You will be responsible for process development, tooling validation, troubleshooting, and driving projects from concept through production release while ensuring quality, efficiency, and operational excellence.</p></div><p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p><p></p><div><ul><li><div>Lead the development, qualification, and validation of new stamping tools and manufacturing processes for new product introductions</div></li><li><div>Provide technical expertise during tooling and process design reviews, offering input on manufacturability, process capability, tooling functionality, and stamping best practices</div></li><li><div>Collaborate with tooling designers, process engineers, and cross-functional teams to optimize tooling concepts and stamping processes before production launch</div></li><li><div>Assemble, troubleshoot, validate, and refine new tooling and processes to ensure readiness for production release</div></li><li><div>Support development and maintenance of process documentation, including process flows, PFMEAs, control plans, and related quality documentation</div></li><li><div>Investigate complex process and tooling challenges using structured problem-solving techniques and implement sustainable corrective actions</div></li><li><div>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved</div></li><li><div>Partner with manufacturing teams to transition qualified tooling and processes into production while providing technical guidance and training as needed</div></li><li><div>Participate in design reviews, continuous improvement initiatives, and process optimization efforts to improve quality, efficiency, and cost competitiveness</div></li><li><div>Utilize engineering drawings, tooling prints, and CAD models to evaluate tooling performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support troubleshooting efforts</div></li><li><div>Maintain a safe work environment and support environmental, quality, and operational excellence initiatives</div></li><li><div>Apply Principle Based Management® and collaborate effectively across engineering, tooling, quality, and manufacturing teams</div></li></ul></div><br/><p><strong>Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)</strong></p><p></p><div><ul><li><div>Technical degree OR hands-on experience in progressive stamping, tooling, machining, or a related manufacturing process</div></li><li><div>Experience interpreting engineering drawings, tooling prints, and technical documentation</div></li><li><div>Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook</div></li><li><div>Experien
