Four Stars Ford is seeking a Parts Manager to join our team at our new dealership!

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8-5pm
Job Summary:· Promote outstanding Customer Service with a professional demeanor· Greet customers at the dealership and handle in-bound service calls· Assist customers with their service needs in a customer service and sales-focused atmosphere· Forecast goals for the Parts Department· Maintain inventory consistent with the requirements of the dealership· Manage inventory levels· Guarantee all parts are properly tagged· Work closely with Service Manager to ensure timely turnaround of parts needed· Utilize software systems to manage customer database· Strong experience with all different types of vehicles and mechanical aptitude
Qualifications:· 2 years of relevant experience· Must have valid Driver’s License· Must Pass a Background Check and Drug Test· Must have strong written and verbal communicate skills· Strong desire to work independently and within a team setting· Provide continuous effort to increase customer satisfaction, sales, drive company branding and improve overall business quality· Ability to complete accurate documents and contracts· Prioritize effectively to maximize production time· Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
