09The Team:
The WSO Technical Support Team within Product Support manages the WSO Services and Agent Services environments. The team is focused on overall environment stability, including advanced troubleshooting and critical incident management. Requires efficiently working independently as well as managing effective resolutions across multiple teams.
Responsibilities and Impact:
The specialist will become an expert in the WSO application and utilizing it within multi-tenant managed services environments. Knowledge of WSO and syndicated loans is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- The role provides incident support, business analysis, and technical analysis. Investigate and diagnose problems and assess risk and prioritization. Identify potential interim solutions for business users and other internal teams.
- Work with colleagues and external partners for issues requiring escalation and manage the case through resolution.
- Take an active role in developing and improving the product by providing feedback to product teams and improving internal processes.
- Maintains up-to-date awareness of the current and future directions of product initiatives.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $51,289 to $91,782.25. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

- Track record showing ownership of identifying and analyzing problems, evaluating options, and deploying sound decision making skills.
- Able to organize self, including effective scheduling, prioritization, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel, completing tasks with tight deadlines.
- Displays a resilient and adaptable style, track record of remaining calm in demanding circumstances, adjusting comfortably to changing conditions / priorities.
- Experience in Financial Services, Syndicated Loans, WSO, and SQL are beneficial
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills and a confident and articulate presenter to internal audiences.
