THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Regional Delivery Manager to join our team and work alongside our Global and Local teams to manage property developments and construction projects to successful project outcomes including timely and cost-effective delivery.
As the Regional Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Whilst based in one of our North American ‘Centres of Excellence’, including Bentonville, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, and Toronto, you will be given the opportunity to travel to various global locations to support the local team in delivery of projects within their individual markets.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Oversee all construction projects, including new builds, renovations, and fit-outs
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines and track progress against them
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies as required
- Drive outcomes with local delivery teams, to ensure timely and cost effective delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
- Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Support the Development Manager with the deployment of projects locally, including making inroads with local contractors, consultants and other third parties.
- Support and lead the local ZURU office during relocation and occupation, including assisting with the soft fitout, relocation and setting up ongoing property management services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Prepare regular progress reports for senior management, highlighting any issues or delays that may impact project delivery
- Continuously seek to improve project delivery processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions
- Knowledge of local building regulations and standards
