Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and executing the Sales Activities within the defined territory, according to defined sales goals, KPIs and in line with the sales strategy and given standards and protocols.
- Account & TOP Account Management and generating new Business (new customers) via Project- & Pipeline Management
- Cooperation with End Users and Distribution partners, supporting with Product / Application Training to Distributor Sales force and End Users on demand
- Account, activity & pipeline reporting via C4C CRM system by given Standards and Protocols
- Sales & budget planning and forecasting of expected turnover in alignment with sales management via C4C CRM systems
Additional Responsibilities
- Defined reporting activities, (e.g. C4C)
- Regular reporting of results
- Stakeholder management with accounts / customers and close cooperation with CIC and Logistics for customer service topics
- Cooperation with National accounts and other TSMs where required in selected customer projects
- Participation on local and national exhibitions
- Support internal functions by observing and sharing market- and cleaning business knowledge and build the mouthpiece for customer demands and requirements

- End user HC/ Contract Cleaners and Distribution partners
Qualifications:
Work Experience and Education
- Knowledge in handling a sales territory in terms of route planning, customer visits, cooperation with Distribution partners and customer Management
- Min. 5 year’s experience in B2B sales
- Experience in selling explainable and high-quality products and systems
Specific Knowledge
- Knowledge in the professional Cleaning Business
- Knowledge in using Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM Systems
- Experience in digital communication (Teams, LinkedIn, etc.)

- Excellent verbal communication skills
