We are seeking a Product Launch and Customer Engagement Intern in our Broomfield, CO Location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside Offering Management and Operational Excellence to support new product launches
• Work with Marketing to arrange webinars and events to support product launches and customer workgroups
• Support customer requests and collaborate with technical team to resolve technical issues
• Collect and collate voice of the customer feedback on new products and hardware features
• Support creation of launch collateral
• Support creation of analytics for improving product communications

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree 
• Must be able to participate in an internship prior to completing current degree program 
• Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.
• Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. person (defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status)

• Currently pursuing a degree in a STEM field
• Obtaining a degree between December 2025 and June 2026
• Interested in quantum computing
• Desire to work with customers and improve product experience
• Exposure to or experience with data visualization and analysis
• Enthusiasm for problem solving in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
