We are seeking a Product Launch and Customer Engagement Intern in our Broomfield, CO Location.
We are seeking a Product Launch and Customer Engagement Intern in our Broomfield, CO Location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside Offering Management and Operational Excellence to support new product launches
- Work with Marketing to arrange webinars and events to support product launches and customer workgroups
- Support customer requests and collaborate with technical team to resolve technical issues
- Collect and collate voice of the customer feedback on new products and hardware features
- Support creation of launch collateral
- Support creation of analytics for improving product communications
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Must be able to participate in an internship prior to completing current degree program
- Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.
- Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. person (defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status)
WE VALUE:
- Currently pursuing a degree in a STEM field
- Obtaining a degree between December 2025 and June 2026
- Interested in quantum computing
- Desire to work with customers and improve product experience
- Exposure to or experience with data visualization and analysis
- Enthusiasm for problem solving in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
