We own our impact, live our values, and focus intentionally on creating a culture that supports every student, family, and team member to achieve excellence.&nbsp;</p> <p>As we continue to build our flagship K-12 campus in the Bronx, and lay the foundation for growth, we are searching for extraordinary colleagues to join our team.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Role &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>As a Curriculum Design Lead at Bold, you will drive a culture of achievement that actualizes Bold’s vision for a world-class K-12 public education—preparing every student to succeed at the highest levels in college and beyond. You will work closely with Bold’s leadership team to develop strategic objectives related to program design and team development to drive learning outcomes across our growing K-12 model.&nbsp;</p> <p>To help us achieve our vision, we are searching for a candidate with 3+ years of teaching and curriculum design experience in a high-performing K-12 setting; graduate degree in a related field is preferred.</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and apply a deep understanding of Bold’s goals, vision, and values</li> <li>Design and implement a rigorous academic program, grounded in cognitive theory and science of learning principles, that prepares and supports every student to achieve at a high level; identify and track progress to indicators that reliably predict academic success at the secondary and post-secondary levels</li> <li>Regularly lead and participate in data reviews and coaching cycles to drive student and team progress to goals</li> <li>Conduct ongoing reviews of top-performing K-12 schools to ensure program design prepares every student to succeed alongside peers from top-performing public and independent schools&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop a team to achieve ambitious outcomes, ensuring high levels of collaboration, alignment, and support; design and lead professi
