U.S. Bank is hiring a Bond Operations Processor to support our Claims department within Corporate Trust Paying/Transfer Agent Operations. Organization/attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to complete calculations/adjustments, along with ability to manage time effectively, are important for success in this role.

Some responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Claim receipt, review, response/resolution (including liaising internally to resolve)

• Check stop & reissue processing

• Exception research/resolution

• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; maintaining all appropriate documentation

• Maintaining and developing ongoing internal inter-department and external customer relationships

• Making recommendations on how to standardize processes and procedures in order to improve efficiency and/or service quality

• Other tasks as assigned, from time to time

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm CST

Location: 3 days at West Side Flats Saint Paul; 2 days remote

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Three or more years of experience in transaction processing

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Demonstrated clerical, key entry, and customer service/relation skills

• Well-developed ability to identify and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance

• Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Location Expectations

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
