Job Summary:

As an Estate Professional within our Wealth Management Solutions, Trust & Estates team, you will have the opportunity to support and work closely with a team of Estate Officers and Administrators. You will play a key role in managing fiduciary accounts, assisting in the daily operations of the estate, and terminating trust accounts. This role will allow you to showcase your skills in performing diverse administrative functions that require confidentiality, initiative, thoughtfulness, and follow-through. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional client service while performing client call backs, collection of client documentation, responding to client inquiries and requests

• Adhere to and maintain the firm’s controls policies and procedure as well as protecting client assets against fraud

• Partner with Estate Officers and Estate Administrators in all aspects of estate administration, including approval of transaction processing and preparation of trust, estate and financial specific documents. Understand the estate disposition process and proactively engage Estate Professional responsibilities

• Effectively collaborate with respective client facing teams and internal business groups to deliver and execute client transactions

 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills: 

• College degree or equivalent experience 

• Exemplary interpersonal skills

• Superior oral and written communication skills

• Strong initiative, energy and confidence to complete projects with limited supervision

• Good judgment and discretion, as Estate Professionals work with highly confidential information

• Must exhibit a high degree of motivation, sense of urgency and professional demeanor

• Skilled at multi-tasking and managing priorities effectively

• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships both internally and with external clients

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook

• Ability to learn procedures and proprietary software quickly

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Prior wealth management and trust or estate management experience
